If an applicant logs into the application form incorrectly 3 times, it will lock them out of their application form for 5 minutes.

Our system is very strict under the GDPR, and our data policies and procedures.

 

They will see the below information and will have to wait for 5 minutes.

 

 

 

 

Once the 5 minutes has gone they can log back into your application form. This is to ensure security measures are in place.

They will also receive an email informing them that they have been blocked out of their application form and that they have to wait 5 minutes before trying again.

**Note: Most blocked application forms are because of an incorrect password, it is better to wait 5 minutes then go onto the login area and click reset password**

**Make sure the candidate only uses the email address that the application form was emailed to**

RESET PASSWORD

Once they have clicked reset password, put in their email address, then click submit. (Must be the same email address as the application form email).

 

 

 

 

 

They will then receive an email with a reset password link, click on that and then complete the below form.  Once this is completed, they can then re-login to their application form.
