From time to time, you may forget your password and if you log into your account incorrectly 3 times, it will lock you out of your client portal.

Our system is very strict under the GDPR, and our data policies and procedures.

You will see the below information.

 

 

 

 

Once you have waited 5 minutes, you can log back into your account. This is to ensure security measures are in place.

You will also receive an email informing you that you have been locked out of your account and that you have to wait 5 minutes before trying again.

**Note: Most blocked accounts are because of an incorrect password, it is better to wait 5 minutes then go onto the login area and click reset password**

Once you have clicked reset password, put in your email address or username and then click submit.

 

 

 

 

 

You will then receive an email with a reset password link, click on that and then complete the below form.  Once this is completed, re-login to the client portal.
