When we first set up your account, we will provide you with a temporary password to initially log in with. When you log in for the first time, it will ask you to create your own password. Please make sure the password you choose matches the following criteria. It must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Contain at least one number
- Contain at least one uppercase letter
- Contain at least one special character, e.g. @, # or !
As happens to all of us, you may forget your password. If you attempt to log into your account incorrectly 3 times you will be locked out of your client portal, as our system is under very strict GDPR data policies and procedures.
If you lock yourself out, you will see the below warning:
Once you have waited 5 minutes, you can log back into your account. This is to ensure security measures are in place.
You will also receive an email informing you that you have been locked out of your account and that you have to wait 5 minutes before trying again.
If you are continuously unable to log in, you can wait 5 minutes then reset your password. To do this, you must click the "forgot password" link on the login page.
Once you have clicked reset password, fill in your email address or username and then click submit.
You will then receive an email with a reset password link. The link in the email will take you to the Password reset page. Please choose a new password and click submit.

You should now be able to log in to your portal.
