You can call us on 01362 700 899. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Bank Holidays and for the period between Christmas and New Years.

sales@nationalvetting.uk - If you are interested in our services, would like a demonstration or our system or have any queries about our packages, please email our sales team who will be happy to help you.

support@nationalvetting.uk - If you or your candidates are experiencing any issues, you would like to cancel or reopen a screening or you have questions about a screening in progress, please email our support team who will assist you to the best of our ability.

screening@nationalvetting.uk - In some cases candidates will send you documents directly, rather than sending them to ourselves. These may be documents that we have requested from the applicant to progress with their screening. To provide us with any documents related to a candidate's screening or to provide an employment reference, please email our screening team who will sort and attach the documents to the relevant applications.

If you have documents you wish to provide for a screening, please only ever email them to screening@nationalvetting.uk.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM ANYWHERE ELSE OR TO MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES. Sending documents to multiple people within our company can cause confusion and they may not be dealt with efficiently.

Please be aware, we receive a high volume of documents and emails and we may not be able to action these immediately. We appreciate your patience with this.
