Each morning our compliance team reviews and either accepts or rejects all applications submitted before 9am that working day. If an application has been rejected, this means the candidate has not supplied correct documentation/information or they have not fully completed the application form.

The candidate will be sent an email to inform them that their application has been rejected and the reason for this. We will also inform yourselves of any applications that have been rejected daily, so you can view the reason why and can prompt the candidate to amend and resubmit.

You can view the reasons for rejection through your client portal. Just click on the red "R" box next to the candidate's screening type and all rejected candidates within that project will be visible, including our note explaining what is required for them to be accepted. You can watch a video guide on navigating your client portal HERE.

We will also send you a weekly update of candidates who were rejected more than a week ago and still have not resubmitted their application. This gives you the opportunity to review and potentially cancel any screenings that are no longer required.

Applications can be rejected for the following reasons, these links will take you to the applicant guides for these issues:

The candidate must then log back in to their application form, upload the required documentation or fill in the missing information and then click "Submit" on the main page of the application form. Their screening will remain as rejected unless they correctly resubmit the application form.

If they resubmit without providing the required documentation and/or information, they will be continuously rejected. There is no charge for rejected applications.
