As part of UK law, all employees must have their right to work check confirmed.
The Right to Work check is carried out manually using the candidate's government issued share code.
If they do not currently have a valid share code, they can obtain one at https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work/get-a-share-code-online
If the candidate was born in the UK or holds a valid British Passport, they do not need to provide a share code.
If we have been unable to confirm the candidate's Right to Work, you are required to complete the check in-house. You will need to check their government issued share code using this site.
