To send out an Application form to an Applicant:

  1. Choose the application form you wish to send from the list visible at the bottom of your Client Dashboard by clicking the required screening type.
  2. Click the BLUE "Send Request" Button in the top right hand corner. This will bring up a form to be filled in with the candidate's details.

 


Applicant's Name: Please fill in the applicant's FULL name here.
Applicant's Mobile Number: Please ensure you use a mobile number, as an SMS will be sent to the applicant.
Applicant's email: Please double check email address you are using before submitting, as the application form will be sent to this address ONLY, and the candidate MUST use this address to log in.
Comments: This is where you can fill in any PO numbers or reference numbers you wish to attach to the candidate's screening.

Once you are satisfied the applicant's details are correct, please click submit. The applicant will be sent an email containing the link to their application and an SMS prompting them to complete the form.

The system will also send out 2 reminders after this initial form is sent.

Please note: After these reminders, it is down to yourselves to chase the applicant to complete their application form.
