To withdraw, cancel or restart a screening, you will need to raise a ticket with our support team or email support directly.

Important Note: We can only reopen screenings which were initially submitted and accepted. Screenings that were cancelled at the "Requested" stage CANNOT be reopened. In these cases you will need to send a new application form to the candidate to fill in and submit.

To raise a support ticket, please visit our client support area and click on "Email Support" in the bottom right corner. Click "Send Support Ticket" and fill in the form (shown below).

 

Please Note: Providing the applicant's full name, email address and the project (i.e. the screening type) will help us find the candidate quickly and prevent any confusion. 

 

If a candidate has not yet submitted their application and is still at the "Requested" stage at the point of cancelling, the application will simply be deleted from our system. The candidate will no longer be able to access their application form. As a result of this, if you then want the screening to go ahead after being deleted, you will need to send the candidate an entirely new application form to fill in and submit.

There is no charge for cancelling candidates at this stage.

 

If a candidate's application has been submitted and accepted at the point of cancelling, we will withdraw the screening. The screening will remain on our system, and can be reopened at your request.

However, cancelling a candidate at this point will incur a charge. Details of these charges will be included on your invoices.

 

You can check the status of your applications through your client dashboard.
