Once the screening starts, the file will be assigned to a screener who will contact the candidate and advise them of any documentation required.
Please inform your candidates that cooperation with our screening team will ensure their screening is completed quickly and efficiently, preventing any delays in starting their employment.
If they have any periods of travel in their activity history, some documents we may require include:
- Passport stamps
- Flight/train/ferry/bus tickets
- Email confirmation of flight booking/hotel booking
- Bank statements showing transactions whilst away
- Travel insurance documents
- Mobile phone bills showing usage whilst away
Note: They MUST provide documentation showing exit from the UK and then returning.
If they are unable to provide any documentation, we may need to treat the time period as a period of not working and not claiming benefits.
